Regina Cassandra, who was in recent years seen in hits like Kotha Janta, Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham, Power, Subrahmanyam For Sale, has been going dull following the flops Soukhyam and Shourya. Currently, she is shooting for Srinivas Avasarala's Jo Achyuthananda, where she will share screen space with Naga Shourya and Nara Rohith.

But why are we calling her an 'andala rakshasi'? The reason is she will be seen in the role of a ghost in her up-and-coming Nenjam Marappathillai. Written and directed by Selvaraghavan, this romantic horror has SJ Surya playing the lead role. According to a media house, Regina's character and look have been etched in such a way as to both scare the daylights out of audiences as well as make the audience see her point of view.

One only hopes the film will be released in Telugu as a dubbed version. Music-directed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, the project acquires importance also because it is co-produced by Gautham Menon.
