Regina Cassandra is expected to become more popular in Tamil films after the release of director Selvaraghavan's horror flick 'Nenjam Marappathillai' which also has SJ Suryah and Nandita Shweta as other leads. Though this young actress has acted in a few Tamil films, that much needed break has been somehow evading her as far as Kollywood is concerned.

Now we have an update that would strengthen this assumption. Regina will be acting in back to back two films of Selva if sources have to be believed. She is apparently in talks to play the female lead in the acclaimed director's next film that will have Santhanam as the male lead. We will have to wait for an official confirmation on this.

This film will be produced by Glo Studios and it is expected to go on floors from September.
