Actress Regina Cassandra was last seen in Tamil, in the bilingual movie 7, and has a number of movies like Kallapart, Nenjam Marappathillai, Party and Chakra waiting for release. The actress had recently started shooting for her next co-starring Arun Vijay and directed by Arivazhagan.

Now Regina Cassandra has signed her next, a female centric movie which will be directed by Caarthick Raju, who has directed movies like Thirudan Police, Ulkuthu starring Dinesh, and has also completed Kannadi with Sundeep Kishan which is yet to release.

This movie will also have Akshara Gowda, who has acted in hits like Thuppakki and Arrambam as another female lead. Akshara Gowda was last seen in Tamil in CV Kumar's Mayavan. This movie is said to have Regina playing an astrologer, and is set to start shooting from January 10.
