Director Vinod Pande is often referred to as the man who made the controversial ÂSinsÂ. But not many would be aware that he also made a beautiful film ÂYeh Nazdeekiyan starring Marc Zuber, Shabana Azmi and Parveen Babi. Alright it was also a film ahead of its time in terms of exploiting Parveen BabiÂs raw sexuality but it was also a film that gave enough chances to a great actress like Shabana to move you with her haunting silence and dignity.
Vinod Pande is now ready with ÂRed SwastikÂ. Starring Sherlyn Chopra (Earlier name Mona Chopra while Pande calls her Maneka), the promo of this film is high on inhibition-less sexual content where this serial killer goes on a killing spree while having a blatantly good time in the shower, on the bed or wherever possible. There are scenes in the film where this serial killer seduces a cop who seems to be investigating the case. And it immediately reminds you of Michale Douglas and Sharon StoneÂs ÂBasic InstinctÂ.
Sherlyn in her dare bare avatar leaves little for imagination as you can feast on a backless scene, feverish smooching and everything else that goes with seduction in this close to two minute promo. Wonder what the film has in storeÂ
