"Chaaaaaallaaa rojulayindi manam kalisi! Eesaari Manta Maamulga Ledhu! (sic)," Ram Pothineni wrote on Twitter, announcing the release date of 'RED'. The action thriller will hit the screens on January 14.

The film on Saturday completed its Censor formalities and got U/A certification from the CBFC. "Our movie has got all the elements that you would expect from a Ram movie. We thank Mani Sharma for the superb music," the makers said.

RED's trailer was released earlier this week and it was cool stuff.

Nivetha Pethuraj, Malvika Sharma and Amrita Aiyer are its heroines. Nasser has a key role. Produced by 'Sravanthi' Ravi Kishore, the Sankranthi release has cinematography by Sameer Reddy. Stunts are by Peter Hein. Art Direction is by AS Prakash.

The remake will clash with other Sankranthi hits at the box-office.
