Young Rebelstar Prabhas`s magnum opus Baahubali: The Beginning is going places. The film directed by maverick filmmaker Rajamouli is going to release in China in more than 6000 screens. A renowned distribution firm, who earlier released Rajkumar Hirani`s PK starring Aamir Khan, has sealed the opportunity to release the Rajamouli directorial in May, 2016.

Baahubali: The Beginning has raked in around Rs 600 crores at the box office and is termed as one of the biggest hits of Indian cinema. Produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni, the film was sold to more than 30 international territories including Japan, Latin America and Korea. The shooting of the second part Baahubali: The Conclusion is under way and the makers are planning to release it in early 2017. Also starring Rana Daggubati, Anushka, Ramya Krishna and Tamannah, the film has story by Vijayendra Prasad.
