Title - REBEL, Producer - Aditya, Direction - SV Rajendra Singh Babu, Music - Jassie Gift, Cinematography - Vamshi Krishna Prakash, Cast - Aditya, Deepika Rao, Sanjana, Suhasini, Sharat Lohitashva, Ramakrishna and others. Rebel against the corrupt system! Director of high reputation Singh Babu is known for taking social issues at the national level. In this ‘Rebel’ he has focused on Defense scandal of importing arms and ammunitions. Question raised from a long time of attacks from weapon not reaching the protagonist is too much in Rebel. What for 20 thousand crores transferred to China Bank is confusing. Screenplay is in zoom. Dialogues are not well written. The shoot in Singapore is mesmerizing. It is a power filled film.

Technically it is a very poor. A film of five years in the making has no breaking news from Singh Babu. This is not the quality film from SV Rajendra Singh Babu what we have seen in the past. In the prime minister meeting the defense equipment buying results in clash of Defense secretary Anupama Rao and Raana the cabinet minister, as the purchase continues, it has a major impact when NSG commando Karthik and his men receives jolt. Karthik is son of defense secretary. He decline to work with poor equipments and disobeying order Karthik faces two years jail term. Now the minister and his son win battle via forgery. On the other hand mother and son are separated. It is very tough task for Karthik to come out of prison. How he traces mother and father. What is the new scheme of minister who cheats to India as dead and running empire in Singapore, what is the order that Karthik gets to uproot the regime of Raana follows in subsequent reels. It is a very strong role for Adhitya. He has struggled hard in the role of Karthik. Suhasini as Defense secretary is convincing. Avinash, Ramakrishna, Sharat Lohitashava add good support. Not even one song is worth remembering from Jassie Gift. Cinematography of Singapore portion is convincing.
