Reba Monica John, who is familiar to Malayali audiences through 'Midukki', a reality show in which she came runner up and popular ads like Dhatri and Induleka is making her tinsel town debut with the Vineeth Sreenivasan movie 'Jacobinte Swargarajyam'.

She will play the female lead opposite Nivin Pauly in the movie. Though it was siad that there is no female lead, latest reports suggest that Reba is doing a prominent role. But more than a love story, the movie is a family relationship drama set in the Middle East and tells the tale of countless NRI kids and their family. It was cinematographer Jomon T John who suggested Reba for the role. Reba is currently pursuing her post graduation from Christ University after which she hopes to be active full time in the field of modelling and films.
