In a shocking turn of events, Vishal's action-packed entertainer Ayogya, the remake of Telugu movie Temper directed by debutant Venkat Mohan and produced by light house productions LLP has been postponed.
While there's no official announcement yet on the reasons from the producer's side, sources from Vishal's side have revealed that the movie has made an impressive pre-release business, with 11.5 crores on TN theatrical rights, 8 crores via satellite rights, 4 crores on Amazon prime, 9.5 crores on Hindi satellite rights, 1.5 crores each in Kerala-Karnataka and FMS, 50 lakhs in audio rights and a total of massive 37 crores.
Besides reportedly the actor has also given back the Telugu theatrical rights worth 2 crores (in spite of being a remake) to the producer as per chamber request, and even then the release has been stopped, as it is said that the producer has been influenced by people who are against Vishal. An official press meet is expected to be held by the producer today explaining the reason behind the postponement of Ayogya release.
