Ready for the launch

Vikram Kumar's outing with Akhil has been long overdue. The two struck a deal at least 6 months ago, but their film is yet to see the light of the day.

Finally, after due rumination and pre-production works, the '24' director is ready to launch the movie. Reportedly, it will be launched on April 1. Vikram has grand plans to portray Akkineni Akhil in a snazzy style. As was reported yesterday, the acclaimed director has roped in a Hollywood technician, the stunts master who has worked for 'Transporter' series movies.

To be produced by Annapurna Studios, nothing as yet is known about the film's other cast and crew details.
