Raviteja gets cheated by Bellamkonda Suresh

A recent incident proved that Bellamkonda Suresh cheated Raviteja in a real estate transaction. It may be mentioned here that Suresh had some 2000 square yards open plot in Kukatpally and he sold it to Raviteja some time ago. The registration process was also complete without any hitches.
Very recently, Raviteja got a notice from Income Tax department that the transaction (registration of documents) is invalid and the property was said to have been attached by the Income Tax department. A property which is in attachment could not be sold or transferred by any means to another party, the officials explained to both Suresh and Raviteja.
Earlier, there was a rule that any property, before being sold should get a prior approval from the Income Tax department, but the rule was not in vogue now-a-days. As a result, the gullible buyers are getting cheated by the plot owners, the officials added.
Lets us see how Raviteja would react to such cheating.
