Ravi Varma continues his success spree

Early this year, we chronicled Ravi Varma's buoyant career graph by taking stock of what he successfully did last year. The versatile actor, who fits the bill, be it a positive role or a negative role, last year shined in 'Terror', 'Kshanam', 'Jayammu Nischayammu Ra' and 'Appatlo Okadundevadu'. 'Sathya', the Tamil remake of 'Kshanam', is in his kitty.
The talent deservedly continued his movie-bagging spree in 2017. 'Ghazi', released in February, casted him as a submarine officer and a member of a naval fleet under attack by Pakistanis.
In the Nagarjuna-starrer 'Raju Gari Gadhi 2', Ravi was seen in a role that comes at an intense phase of the film. Praveen Sattaru's 'Garuda Vega casted him as an NIA officer. This proved that he is a go-to guy when it comes to well-etched roles.
'Napoleon', released in November, saw him as a CI who is assigned the unenviable task of fixing a tough case. His was one of the three most important characters in this crime thriller.
Naga Chaitanya's 'Yuddham Sharanam' was another film of consequence for his career. In the Nara Rohit-starrer 'Balakrishnudu', Ravi was seen as a henchman on the good side.
