The critically acclaimed blockbuster 'Thani Oruvan' recently got remade in Telugu as 'Dhruva' and the remade version was as successful as its original. Ram Charan Teja replaced the lead role played by Jayam Ravi in Tamil while Arvind Swamy was retained for the smart and suave villain character Siddharth Abhimanyu in the Telugu remake as well.

After the success of 'Thani Oruvan', Jayam Ravi and Arvind Swamy teamed up for another film 'Bogan' which released last month and turned out to become a box office success.

Now sources reveal that 'Bogan' will also be remade in Telugu. Lakshman who directed 'Bogan' is likely to be the director of the Telugu version as well and this will mark the Tollywood debut of this two film old Tamil director.

Ravi Teja will be playing the role played by Jayam Ravi. Unlike he did in the case of 'Thani Oruvan' remake, Arvind Swamy will not be essaying his character in the Telugu remake of 'Bogan' and the makers are reportedly in talks with another prominent actor for this role. Likewise the female lead role played by Hansika in the original will have a replacement with a leading Tollywood heroine.

Apart from the major changes in the cast, the climax portions of the film will also be changed in the remake to suit the sensibilities of Telugu audience. .
