It was recently reported that a debutant named Sarath Mandava will be directing a thriller featuring Ravi Teja. The film was launched today, on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi.

The makers revealed that Divyansha Koushik, who played Naga Chaitanya's love interest in the flashback portions of 'Majili', has been roped in to play the female lead. More details about the rest of the cast and crew are awaited.

Sudhakar Cherukuri of SLV Cinemas LLP is bankrolling the film, which might hit the screens towards the end of this year or in early 2022.

Since writer-director Sarath Mandava has got a strong Kollywood connection, he has roped in Tamil composer Sam CS, who has previously worked on Vijay Deverakonda's 'NOTA' and Karthi's acclaimed film 'Khaidi'. The cinematographer, Sathyan Sooryan, also hails from Kollywood.
