Popular Telugu actor Ravi Teja is all set to cross the border. He would soon act in a Tamil film to be made by Samuthirakani, who is currently directing the actor for ‘Sambo Siva Sambo’, the Telugu version of ‘Naadodigal’. “I can speak Tamil very well. After completing ‘Sambo Siva Sambo’, I am planning to act in a Tamil movie. It will be directed by Samuthirakani, as I feel comfortable working with him,” says the actor.

On the ‘Naadodigal’ remake, he says, “the movie left me speechless. The Samuthirakani-Sasikumar duo portrayed friendship in a powerful way. Hence I wanted to act in its Telugu version."

Interestingly, Ravi Teja's 'Kick' is being remade in Tamil as 'Thillalangadi' by ‘Jayam’ Ravi and his brother Raja. Some of the Tollywood actor's earlier ventures that were remade in Kollywood were 'Idiot' ('Dhum'), 'Bhadra' ('Saravana') and 'Amma Nana Oka Tamil Ammayi' ('M Kumaran S/O Mahalakshmi').
