Veteran actress Raveen Tandon thrilled the audience with her performance in the recently released Netflix show 'Aranyak'. The show is a horror thriller and it stars Raveen in the role of a cop named Kasturi Dogra. Bengali actor Parambrata Chatterjee also gave an amazing performance as Raveena's partner, Angad. The latest buzz about the show suggests that makers are now planning to renew it for a second season.
Producer of 'Aranyak', Sidharth Roy Kapoor told PTI, “You can expect a season two and that’s something the team is working on very hard. With the love the show has received from the audience, we have a lot to live up to and we hope season two matches up to the first one."
He further added, “The characters of Kasturi Dogra and Angad will take forward things from here. There will be Mahadev (Ashutosh Rana) as well. These three characters are the fulcrum of the show. The end of season one gave a hint to it. However, we can’t talk much about part two."
'Aranyak' was released on 10th of December and featured Raveena and Parambrata's characters investigating a case of mysterious murders in the woods of Himachal Pradesh.
