After years of wait and anticipation, Prashanth Neel's action thriller 'KGF: Chapter 2' was finally released on Thursday and it's been garnering amazing response from the audience. The film also starred actress Raveena Tandon in the role of a powerful political and recently, she shared a thing or two about her character.
Lot of people thought that Raveena's character was inspired by Late Prime Minister Smt Indira Gandhi but apparently, that wasn't the case. In a recent interview with ETimes, Raveena shared that she didn't take any outside inspiration for her role in 'KGF: Chapter 2'.
The actress shared, "I have never, till date, watched anyone's performance as a reference point for any of the characters that I have played. I have never done that. I don't believe in that kind of cinema. I believe that everyone has a different style of doing the way they do and whatever's your inner strength, it should come out in that character that you're playing. So I've never really looked at any references ever before and neither was this role written keeping anyone in mind. It was just of a powerful politician."
