Urgent action is required to safeguard Indian women from cyber threats. I appeal to the Hon'ble President @rashtrapatibhvn, Hon'ble PM @narendramodi, Minister of Electronics @AshwiniVaishnaw, and @Rajeev_GoI to establish a dedicated Parliamentary Committee to implement comprehensive measures. Kavitha has consistently stressed that the Telangana government is collaborating with NALSAR University to create legislation that addresses cyber harassment faced by women. Despite the presence of cybercrime laws in the Indian Penal Code (IPC), the government's decision to introduce specific laws aims to facilitate training for citizens, the police, and companies. She proudly noted that women in Telangana know where to seek assistance, even in rural areas, emphasizing the accessibility of SHE Teams and the cybercrime department. As a result, Hyderabad is now recognized as one of the safest cities in the world.
