Rashmika Mandanna is a sensational actress who shot to fame with the viral 'Inkem Inkem Kaavale' song and went on to star in the Pan-Indian blockbuster 'Pushpa' alongside Allu Arjun. Meanwhile, it is already known that she is paired opposite Thalapathy Vijay for the first time in 'Varisu'.

'Varisu' is the upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual movie starring Thalapathy Vijay and Rashmika. The actress is a great fan of Vijay and she expressed her excitement about sharing the screen with him during the film's pooja itself. Currently, the filming is going on at a swift pace in Hyderabad.

Rashmika broke the internet today by revealing a BTS picture with Vijay from the 'Varisu' sets on her Instagram stories. She shared a selfie with Thalapathy and the photo started trending on social media. The film's shooting is expected to be wrapped up by October month and the makers have planned to release the movie on Pongal 2023.

'Varisu' also stars Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj, Shaam, Srikanth, Yogi Babu, Prabhu, Ganesh Venkatraman, Khushbhu, Jaysudha, Sangeetha, Samyuktha and others. Popular director and actor SJ Suryah is said to essay a cameo appearance. Thaman is composing the musical score with cinematography by Karthick Palani and editing by Praveen KL.
