Although she is yet to make her debut in Kollywood, Telugu actress Rashmika Mandanna has had a huge fan following in Tamil Nadu after the release of blockbuster romantic comedy Geetha Govindam. The actress has revealed that she has always had a crush on Vijay.

Rashmika has been busy with the promotions of her upcoming Telugu film, Bheeshma, starring Nithiin, and in one of her recent promotional events, she revealed that she has had a crush on Vijay since childhood and that she loved him very much. Rashmika has previously expressed her desire to work with Vijay when rumours were doing the rounds that she had been roped in to play the female lead in Vijay's latest movie 'Bigil.'

Rashmika had stated on her Twitter account regarding Bigil (Thalapathy 63 then), "A lot of you have been asking me if I am a part of Vijay sir's and Atlee sir's film but since that's not happening this time I hope I get to work with them soon. I am so overwhelmed (like literally) to see such support from all of you. I will definitely make a debut there soon..) love you all very much..I again just want to say 'nandri' for all the love..(sic)."

Rashmika is all set to make her debut in Tamil with 'Sulthan', starring Karthi in the lead role and directed by 'Remo' fame Bakkiyaraj Kannan.
