National Crush Rashmika Mandanna manages to make headlines quite often. She is an active user of social media and posts stories and pictures to keep her fans engaged and entertained. This time she spilt a bean on her fitness routine along with a picture.

The actress shared a photo from her workout session and was seen posing for a mirror selfie in a black crop top and red leggings, as she flaunted her abs. Rashmika’s fitness routine involves working out four times a week and activities like kickboxing, skipping, dancing, swimming, spinning, yoga and brisk walk. Apart from these activities for cardio, she also practices weight training for building muscle.

Along with the picture, she wrote, I don't know if I am allowed to post this picture...many of you will not like it, but I am posting this story to say that the key to your fitness goals is CONSISTENCY_with workouts, with physios, with your diets, with your thoughts, with your journey...just be consistent and enjoy it...it won't be fun for a while, but when you get used to it...you'll realize...Sending my love to you!
