Rashmi Gautam is in no mood to take it from casteists. When a tweeple told her on Twitter to cheer a particular caste because they are the ruling community, the 'Jabardasth' host didn't shy away from calling out casteist mindset.

"People who talk about caste can go to hell," she said. When a user sarcastically asked her to change her name to Rashmi Chowdhary so that she will land film offers, Rashmi quipped, "So we now have cast and couch?" (a wordplay on the term casting couch).

Is caste about legacy? Rashmi pooh-poohs the very mindset. "Killing people in the name of caste is that the kind of legacy you wish to carry? Deserving candidates not getting seats in the name of reservation is that the kind of legacy u wish to carry? Your identity reducing to what caste you belong to is that the legacy you wish to carry," she asks a tweeple.
