Rashmi breaks down talking about hapless creatures

Rashmi Gautam has lamented that animals have been left in the lurch with everyone staying home amid the lockdown. The animals have not been cared for on the streets.
In a video message, she says that street dogs, among other living creatures, have been orphaned because of the inevitable lockdown. "The onus is on us to treat them with care," the Jabardasth anchor suggests, appealing to everyone to do charity to the organizations that are into animal care. She is seen breaking down in the video.
Rashmi has also been working for the welfare of daily wage-earners whose livelihoods have been affected. She and donors at her gated community are pooling food for the needy and supplying them to NGOs.
