World famous rapper Eminem's ex-wife Kim Scott was reportedly hospitalized following a suicide attempt on July 30. Kim was found by the authorities with multiple small cuts on her leg and she had to be restrained by them when they arrived at her house.

Kim, who was taken into the hospital to undergo a medical and psychological evaluation, is currently recovering at home. This is not her first attempt to take her own life, as Kim had previously been involved in a car crash in 2016, which she later admitted to being a suicide attempt. In an interview with Detroit's Channel 995 radio show, Mojo in the Morning, Kim had said, "It was intentional. I never expected to make it out alive. Yeah, I can pay bills. Yeah, I can get my kids whatever they ask for and it's great to see them happy. But you lose friends, you lose family, you have no one you can trust you can speak to."

She later said that her former husband Eminem was supportive of her and helped her a lot. "He's been real supportive. We're really close. We're just trying to raise our kids together and make it as normal for them as possible," she was quoted as saying. Kim Scott and Eminem, who first met in 1989, got married in 1999 before parting ways two years later. They remarried in early 2006 but got divorced again three months later. The couple has a 25-year-old daughter named Hailie Jade.
