Ra.One Music Review

'Ra.One' music is a unique super creation very well matching the blockbuster grand design of the film. Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani are the maestros helming the project. But they could not have achieved what they have done without the grand visualization and dedication of Shah Rukh Khan.

While Vishal-Shekhar duo originated the music creation, Shah Rukh inspired them and managed the international collaborations to give the music the pioneering kind of Indian-Universal-Classical-Modern touch. It will be remembered as a classical example of fusion music.

"Dildara" has the soulful appeal with the Sufi style rendering of Shafqat Amanat Ali. Vishal, Shekhar and Clinton Cerejo's choir provide the supplementary voices creating the resounding impact. Kumaar gave the words. It is a kind of song that is must in a Shah Rukh film combining romance with the Sufi element for universal appeal.

"Bhare Naina" is the kind of love song which will easily cross the generation divide. It will appeal to the old lovers of classical music as well to the young. Nandini Srikar's singing brings out very well the fusion of Indian classical with the Western ballad. Vishal and Shekhar provide the desired support with their voices. Prague Philharmonic score provides the enduring poignancy. Panchhi Jalonvi penned the lyric. It will gain popularity like "Mora Piya Bolat Nahin" after the release of the film.

"Criminal" shows Akon with his full flourish and at his romantic best. Vishal and Shruti Pathak provide excellent support. Kumaar wrote the song.
