Ranveer Singh wanted to star in this Tiger Shroff film

These days, actor Ranveer Singh is busy with the promotion of his upcoming social comedy 'Jayeshbhai Jordaar'. During these promotional interviews, Ranveer often talks about the film, his personal life and his passion for the craft. In one such media interaction recently, the actor shared that he desperately wanted to work in Tiger Shroff's 'Rambo' remake.

During a chat with Film Companion, Ranveer shared Before becoming an actor, I wanted to become a hero. I used to watch movies like that too - where the guys were shirtless. I loved films like Rambo, Rocky, Commando - these are my heroes! This is what I wanted. So I was very upset when Tiger (Shroff) said he wanted to do Rambo. I was like 'ye to mujhe karna tha.' That's my default.

Tiger Shroff's 'Rambo' remake was announced in 2017 and it is supposed to go on floors by the end of this year.
