Ranveer Singh updates about surgery via Twitter

Following a shoulder injury which he received while shooting 'Bajirao Mastani', Ranveer Singh underwent a surgery today. Amusingly as well as surprisingly, the Twitter-addict that he is, the actor continued to connect with his fans through the micro-blogging site and kept updating about hospital procedures.

Continuing to be in his bindaas, high-spirit, Ranveer shared a selfie and posted live tweet from the operation theatre. "Live tweet from the operation theatre !!", he wrote and also tweeted when he received an injection. "He injected my neck ! Whoa! ! About to get knocked out!"

Following his tweets, fans and celebrities replied him with best wishes messages. Among them was co-star Deepika Padukone, who plays Mastani in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film.

Incidentally Ranveer also has Zoya Akhtar's 'Dil Dhadakne Do' on hand as of now.
