Ranveer Singh recalls hugging Deepika Padukone for the first time

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone are undoubtedly one of the most popular and beloved celebrity couples of B town. The duo are about to complete ten years of togetherness soon and they are known to shower praises on each other during media interactions. Recently, during an event in Mumbai, Ranveer recalled the time when he hugged Deepika for the first time in front of a camera. Recalling Deepika's annoyed reaction, Ranveer stated, She was furious, she asked me ‘you’ll hug me like this in front of the camera?’”
Talking about their long and fulfilling journey so far, Ranveer shared, It’s been ten years with Deepika. 2022, it’ll be ten years. But that’s the wonderful part about our relationship that she continues to amaze me, she continues to surprise me. It has been four years (since the wedding) but it always just feels so fresh.
He concluded by saying, She is at times sugar, at times spice but she is both of that and everything to me. And, I think she is my lover and best friend and pretty much the best thing to have happened to me.”
On the work front, Ranveer Singh was last seen in the social comedy 'Jayeshbhai Jordaar' while Deepika is currently busy serving as jury member at Cannes Film Festival.
