We had already updated you that the master craftsman Shankar is all set to commence the shooting of his debut Telugu film in September. The RRR star Ram Charan will be leading the spectacular cast in the film tentatively called 'RC15'. Bollywood actress Kiara Advani is playing one of the female leads. 

Now, the makers have officially announced on Twitter that the 'RC15' film launch will take place on September 8. The media speculations read that the Bollywood celebrity Ranveer Singh will be a part of the launch. Ranveer is expected to grace his presence as he is the leading star in the Hindi remake/spin-off of 'Anniyan', which is going to be Shankar's next after 'RC15'. 

The actor-director duo will start shooting for RC15 from Wednesday. This pan-Indian movie will be shot in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi simultaneously. RC15 is the 50th venture of the production house Sri Venkateshwara Creations and is planned to be made on a massive budget. Sharing the happy news, the makers wrote, “Our 50th Venture ! Most Awaited #RC15 Launch On September 8th @AlwaysRamCharan @shankarshanmugh” 

According to the reports, Fahadh Faasil is said to be playing the negative role in RC15. Actress Anjali is also roped in to play an important role. There is buzz that Ram Charan might be seen in a dual role in the film. Music composer S Thaman will compose RC15 music. The makers are keen to wrap up the film by 2022.
