The dedicated actor, who has been working hard around the clock, reported to have collapsed on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus 'Bajirao Mastani'.

As per sources, Ranveer Singh had been shooting for a crucial scene for the film in Wai. At that time he has been running from high fever, but still had carried on working lest he disrupt the film's schedule. Unfortunately, Ranveer was severely dehydrated at the end of the day; following which he fainted. Immediate medical attention was called upon.

But that didn't stop Ranveer... He skipped taking complete rest and has resumed work. Since his work deadline is 8th November, Ranveer is giving his best. A source from the film sets shared that this is a once-in-a-lifetime role for Ranveer and so he has committed his mind, body and soul to Peshwa Bajirao. "His performance is shockingly different from what he has done before, in every scene," quoted the source further.

Also starring Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra, 'Bajirao Mastani' is slated to hit the screens on 18th December 2015.
