Actor Ranveer Singh and filmmaker Rohit Shetty love working with each other. They first collaborated on the cop film 'Simmba' and currently they are working on their second project together titled 'Cirkus'. Ranveer, with his energetic and lively personality, seems to be the perfect fit for Rohit's larger than life action flicks and apparently audience are also getting fond of this duo.

During a recent media event, Ranveer Singh talked about how much he enjoys working with Rohit and recalled the time when a critic compared the duo with Amitabh Bachchan and Manmohan Desai. Ranveer stated, "I remember at the time of Simmba coming across a part of a review where someone had written, ‘This looks like the new Manmohan Desai and Amitabh Bachchan.’"

Ranveer continued, "And I remember mentioning it to Rohit sir — ‘You know sir, someone has actually written this.’ And he was like, ‘Yeah, I read it too.’ So yeah, I think it’s a match made in heaven. I think some kind of divine, cosmic force brought us together."

Also starring Pooja Hegde, Jacqueline Fernandez and Varun Sharma, 'Cirkus' is set to release on 23rd of December 2022.
