Ranveer and Alia commence filming for this new project

Few weeks ago, it was announced that Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt reunite for a film titled, 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani'. The project recently went on floors and cast members took to their social media to share some glimpses from the sets. The film is bankrolled by Karan Johar and it also stars veteran actors like Dharmendra and Jaya Bachchan.
Sharing a behind the scenes video on Instagram, Karan Johar wrote, The day is finally here and I have so many feelings going on in my head but what emerges at the top is - gratitude! As we begin our kahani ka first schedule, seeking all your Pyaar and aashirvaad! It's time to roll!
Alia Bhatt shared a pic as her character. She can be seen draped in a red saree. Too many feels to fit in a caption, the actress wrote. Ranveer also shared a video from the sets announcing the commencement of the shoot. He wrote, Shuru ho gayi hai yeh anokhi kahani of Rocky and Rani. Toh dijiye humein apna aashirvaad aur pyaar, aur chaliye iss safar mein hamaare saath!
