After finding a big hit in 'punyalan agarbathis' which is celebrating 80 plus days in theatres, director Ranjith Shankar has revealed that he has got a fine character written for Mammootty. The superstar who was impressed with the character will work for Ranjith Shankar , giving his priority dates. It is expected to start its shoot as soon as he complete his new Aashiq Abu film 'Gangster.

'If all goes as expected Ranjith Shankar's Mammootty film will grace the theatres by the Onam season. Ranjith Shankar who is basically a software techie landed into films with 'Passanger', after which he made some critically acclaimed films like 'Arjunan Saakshy', Molly Aunty Rocks' and 'Punyalan Agarbathis'.
