As we had reported earlier Superstar Rajinikanth will be teaming up with his 'Kabali' director Pa.Ranjith again after '2.0' that keeps him busy at present. The film that will mark the second Rajini-Ranjith union will be produced by the former's son-in-law Dhanush.

Earlier there were speculations that this might be the sequel of 'Kabali' but that was nearly ruled out and this film is more likely to be a new script.

While there has been no information about the project since the initial announcement by Dhanush now we learn an interesting buzz.

Sources reveal that director Ranjith is currently spotted in Mumbai searching locations for the shooting of the film and it is said that the film might be set in the backdrop of India's Commercial Capital.

It is worth recalling that the Superstar's 1995 blockbuster 'Baasha' had its prime portions happening in Mumbai. 'Kabali' which is also a don flick like 'Baasha' was shot entirely in Malaysia.

We will have to wait for some more time to know whether the new Rajini-Ranjith-Dhanush film will be a don subject or some other.
