Anchor-actress Ranjini Haridas has taken up the ice bucket challenge. She was nominated to take up this challenge by RJ Sreerag. In turn, she has nominated the cast and crew of Bangalore Days for the same. Ranjini says, "I was quite oblivious about ALS and its seriousness. But now, I believe that it's a successful campaign and I want to make sure that the chain is not broken and the awareness is spread far and wide."

Accordingly Dulquer, Fahadh, Nazriya, Nivin and the others are in line for the next challenge. It remains to be seen if the stars are game for it. The Ice Bucket Challenge is done to raise awareness about ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, or Lou Gehrig's disease) and make a donation for the cause.
