'Rangasthalam' is massive in Uttarandhra

'Rangasthalam', which hit the screens on Friday, has reportedly collected a share of more than Rs. 2.40 crore on its first day in Uttarandhra. This suggests that the film gained a massive momentum right from word go.
While the numbers are huge, for perspective, we have to wait for proper trade analysis to emerge. As per a Twitter handle maintained by Ram Charan's fans, this is the 5th best opening in Uttarandhara in terms of share. 'Janatha Garage' and 'Sardaar Gabbar Singh' are now behind.
In the US, the Sukumar-directed movie has crossed the magical one million dollar mark. Premieres alone clocked more than USD 0.70 million.
