'Rangasthalam': Day 1 figures explained

'Rangasthalam' is reported to have collected a share of Rs. 19.70 Cr in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on Day 1. Nizam's Rs. 4.45 Cr is the biggest contributor to this stunning figure. Ceded's Rs. 3.75 Cr is the next best, followed by Uttarandhra's Rs. 2.40 Cr.
The worldwide share is said to be Rs. 30 Cr. The worldwide gross is pegged at Rs. 46 Cr.
Note that the figures are much-needed, given that the period drama's theatrical rights fetched something like Rs. 79 Cr.
The film is doing well in Overseas, especially the US and including markets like Australia. As of the end of Friday, it made Rs. 83.04 lakhs in Australia.
