'Rang De' is a genuine love story, says Nithin at film's Kurnool event

Ahead of the theatrical release of Nithin's 'Rang De' on March 26, promotions have been kickstarted with a lot of enthusiasm. On Friday, the film's trailer launch event was held in Kurnool town with a large number of fanboys and fangirls in attendance. Speaking about the movie, the makers said that the film will be entertaining. Produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments, it has Keerthy Suresh as the female lead.
The Kurnool event saw MLA Abdul Hafeez Khan in attendance. Kodumur MLA Sudhakar also wished the team of the film on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Kurnool Municipal Commissioner Balaji said that he had watched Nithin's ‘Dil’ while preparing for civil services way back in early 2000s.
Director-General Bharat said described Nithiin as the son of Kurnool. He added that films shot in Kurnool have turned into huge blockbusters as an indirect reference to films such as 'Okkadu'.
Producer Naga Vamsi thanked the people of Kurnool and urged the audience to watch the film in theatres without fail.
Coming to the cast of the film, comedian Abhinav Gomatam was also present. "'Rang De' is a complete family entertainer and everyone worked very hard for this film for one year," he said. He added that the comedy involving him, Vennela Kishore, Suhas and the male lead will be hilarious.
Nithin said that he was humbled by the love showered on him by the people of Kurnool. "The town is famous for Kondareddy Buruju and all the films shot on his backdrop have been blockbusters," he said, adding that 'Rang De' is a pure love story that will surely win the love of the audience.
The actor interacted with a female fan and quipped that, post marriage, he has been doing a lot of household works and stuff.
