The pre-release event of 'Rang De' was held on Sunday with Trivikram Srinivas as the chief guest. It was an enthusiastic event ahead of the film's theatrical release this Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, Nithin said, "My age in the movie is 24. I am 36 in real life. But since the cinematographer is PC Sreeram garu, I was confident. In fact, I am looking younger than Keerthy Suresh in the movie. Devi Sri Prasad garu's songs are superb for our movie. Keerthy is 'maha naughty' and 'maha naatu' in 'Rang De'. Coming to director Venky Atluri, he has unique sensibilities. After 'A Aa' and 'Bheeshma', this is my third movie with Sithara Entertainments/Haarika & Hassine Creations. I had a flop before the release of these movies. I am sentimental. Naresh garu is the first choice when it comes to playing my father in movies."
Nithin acknowledged that 'Check', which released in February, was a flop. He added that he had a great time working with Vennela Kishore, Suhaas and Abhinav, the comedians. The actor added that Pawan Kalyan and Trivikram Srinivas are his two eyes. "They are always behind me and that's my strength," Nithin added.
The film will hit the screens on March 26.
