We all know that 'Sarbjit' actor Randeep Hooda has a soft corner for horses. And this actor can go to any extent in support or aid for them. Few weeks back we got to know that, Randeep Hooda received a video on how the horses in Matheran were being ill-treated and lack proper maintenance.

In minutes after the news, Randeep and a fellow Mahalaxmi club member with his son took off for Matheran to check on the horses. To their surprise, the situation of the horses is such that they were lugging three to six gas cylinders at one time since the closure of the toy train due to the derailment.

When Randeep Hooda was questioned about the condition of the horses, he said: "We understand that these horses are a way of daily livelihood for the owners there and that they do not hurt the animals intentionally and that he wants to educate them to look after the horses better or they would not last that long, and also like traffic rules we need to have some horse rules too."

Randeep Hooda also added saying, "I have adopted some horses like these who were ailing, but how many can I adopt? The solution is to is stable these horses and get the owners to treat them right".

Randeep and Mahalaxmi club member have urged the cops to be more vigilant on these animals. And especially to ensure that the animals are not being over burdened and properly being taken cared off.
