Ranbir Kapoor: The 15 crore Rockstar

The figures are pouring in and the smart Ranbir has decided to cash in on the popularity and make hay while the sun shines. The actor has almost doubled his remuneration and gone from eight crores to fifteen crores!

The hike has raised eyebrows in the industry but a trade source justifies the hike by saying before ‘Rockstar’, Ranbir was a star and now he is on the verge of becoming a superstar... Ranbir has been able to develop a good fan base and when you have audience waiting for you, you have producers lined up as in the case of Ranbir where corporate production houses are eager to have the new superstar Ranbir Kapoor in their films.

The Khans – Shahrukh, Aamir, Salman – 27 crores

Hrithik Roshan – 20 crores

Ajay Devgn – 18 crores
