Ranbir Kapoor gets welcome dinner from 'Tamasha' director

Filmmaker Imtiaz Ali, who is all set for his next big screen outing 'Tamasha', took Ranbir Kapoor for a welcome dinner last night! The director had kept Ranbir's favourite venue in mind and decided to host the dinner at Royal Gate, Bandra which is a favourite restaurant of the actor!

The duo who share a great rapport and know each other since 'Rockstar' days had a great time at the dinner! The director had also invited his leading lady Deepika Padukone, Sajid Nadiadwala and other key people for the dinner. Imtiaz personally had written handwritten notes and had invited all of them!

Ranbir, who was back from London to kick start the promotions of 'Tamasha', thought that this was the best way to start the promotions of their film.

Ranbir and Deepika had already had a long day of promotions post which the duo had a great time at the dinner party! Infact all of them had a lovely time together and this was the best way to call the day off!

Ranbir instead of being away has been a part of promotions, this was witnessed at a recent event hosted by Deepika. The actor had joined her through Skype and was present for about 45 minutes!

Imtiaz's next outing brings the golden pair of Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone back in the business! The buzz on their next is being witnessed to increase with each day! One of the widely talked about and written about film, 'Tamasha' is all set to hit theatres on 27th Nov.
