Ranbir is Maniratnam's new hero

Mani Ratnam is busy directing Abhishek Bachchan, Vikram and Aishwarya Rai for 'Ravana'. Buzz is that the movie would be completed soon for Mani Ratnam is contemplating to do a movie starring Ranbir Kapoor.

Ranbir Kapoor, son of veteran actor Rishi Kapoor, shot to fame with 'Saawariya'. Sources say the movie that brings Ranbir Kapoor and Mani Ratnam would be a jubilant subject to be canned entirely in London.

Meanwhile, Mani Ratnam is planning to shoot prominent portions for his 'Ravana' in remote villages in Madhya Pradesh this January. Portions featuring Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya and Vikram would be shot in these locales.

In the upcoming month of February, the crew will move to Kumbakonam in Tamilnadu for further schedules.
