Heartthrob Ranbir Kapoor hit the headlines recently with news that he is doing the remake of 'Magadheera' in Hindi. Ever since the movie turned out to be Tollywood's highest grosser till date, several Hindi stars like Hritik, Salman et al were supposedly interested in remaking that in Hindi. Finally news broke out that Ranbir Kapoor is doing the Hindi remake.

The Youngistan star has however now clarified that he is not doing the remake of ‘Magadheera’. He informed that as of now he has two films in his kitty – one, Imtiaz Ali's 'Rockstar' and second, Anurag Basu's 'Barfee' starring Priyanka Chopra and Ileana.

He said that apart from these two films he has not signed anything yet.

"Rumours about me doing Magadheera remake are baseless. I am yet to sign movies apart from the ones I have mentioned," remarked Ranbir.

Though Ram Charan himself was supposed to sign this film, rumour had it that for national appeal, the Ranbir was signed for the project. Now that he has rubbished these rumours, we are yet to see who will take up the Hindi remake of ‘Magadheera’.
