Director Sudheer Varma and Sharwanand’s film has got a title. It's 'Ranarangam', whose first look is out. A gangster flick set in the 1990’s and present day, the film tells an "exciting account of events that change the protagonist over the years."

Kajal Aggarwal and Kalyani Priyadarshan are the heroines. The film is produced by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi of Sithara Entertainments. He says, "Ranarangam is a whirlpool of emotions. This is a new-age Telugu film in which Sharwa's performance is superb."

The makers confirmed that the film will hit the screens on August 2.

With music by Prashant Pillai, 'Ranarangam' has camera work by Divakar Mani. Editing is by Navin Nooli, while Raveender is the Production Designer. Renganaath Ravee is the sound designer. Lyrics are by Krishna Chaitanya, and Ramajogayya Shastry. Stunts are by Venkat. Dialogues are by Arjun-Carthyk. Choreography is by Brinda, Shobi, and Sekhar.
