Kurnool's Kondareddy Buruju, which attained immense popularity thanks to Mahesh Babu's 'Okkadu', has found its way into Telugu films a number of times over the years. Especially when it's an action sequence, the backdrop elevates the tempo well.

Director Teja today shot a sequence on Rana Daggubati for his next movie 'Nene Raju Nene Mantri'. The location seems to have been chosen because Rana is doing a political thriller set in the backward Rayalaseema region. The story also takes place in Anantapur.

Also starring Kajal Aggarwal, the awaited movie is a litmus test as far as the director is concerned.
