Viren Thambidorai (aka Viru Dada), who was a Creative Producer at Suresh Productions and has been Rana Daggubati's trusted creative partner, now has a new feather in the cap. He is turning a Tollywood cinematographer.

The multi-talented Viren, who has also been an Ad Filmmaker, Production Designer, VFX Supervisor and DI Consultant, will crank the camera for Jayanth C Paranje's upcoming films. He has signed up to do two films with the director. If one of them will be made with newcomers, the other one, starring Nitya Menen in the lead, will be a thriller.

These are not his first assignments as a cinematographer, though. "His efforts as cinematographer on the PBS documentary series 'New Americans' won an EMMY AWARD nomination," says Viren's LinkedIn profile.
