A love story, '1945' chronicles a "story that blooms in the turbulent time when Subhash Chandra Bose was believed to be dead." Also starring Regina Cassandra and Nasser, the period drama has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. After the death of Bose, the members of Indian National Army were leaderless, but large sections of the country, after the end of World War-II, rallied behind INA when many of its nationalistic soldiers who were booked for various offences by the British.
The film's second schedule began in October second week.
