Rana can't steal my vision: Gunasekhar on making Hyranyakushap

A couple of days back actor Rana announced that he is making a movie on the mythological figure and revealed the concept art at SDCC 23, with the talented Trivikram as the script writer. The film is currently in the scripting stage and titled, Hyranyakushap.
Responding on the announcement, noted director Gunasekhar also reacted indirectly on Rana for making an announcement without even approaching him. Meanwhile, talking to an English daily Gunasekhar expressed is displeasure on Rana and to work on his brain child script.
He said that I have registered the story rights with the screen writers association, so on can claim my original work. Anyone can make a film on Hyranyakushap but Rana can't steal my vision and adoption of mythological drama'.
