Rana Daggubati is going to be a most happening hero in 2016. What makes this all the more special is the fact that he will spread himself in Tamil and Hindi (besides Telugu, of course) and push the envelope with a slew of imaginative films.

It will all begin with Baahubali-2, the most awaited of all. The first part made Rana a familiar face to non-Telugu audiences, especially the Bollywood cine-goers. The second and final part will only add to this.

Ghazi, India's first submarine-based war film, has gone on the floors. A costly film being made on Rs. 80 cr., it is based on the real-life incidents related to the unexplained sinking of PNS Ghazi. Rana is likely to share the screenspace with Tapsee Pannu, who is playing a refugee.

Leader-2 is lined up for this year. His journey all began with Leader and this year when he is going even more national on a bigger scale, the film will be there to endear him even more to the Telugu audience.

Finally, he is all set to sign on a thriller, a Telugu-Tamil bilingual. This film too is likely to hit the screens by the end of this year.

So, Rana is easily one of the most happening stars of South India this year!
